In an announcement Friday, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment revealed pre-orders are now available for the release of the complete series of Game of Thrones in 4K with two versions available. Amazon will have the standard 4K and Best Buy will have a Steelbook version.

The two versions contain the same items for viewing. The complete set will include all 73 episodes, along with over 15 unbelievable hours of bonus content. The bonus content includes audio commentaries and deleted/extended scenes for each season.

The bonus content also includes the Conan O’Brien-hosted Game of Thrones: Reunion Special, Jeanie Finlay’s final season documentary called Game of Thrones: The Last Watch, and Conquest & Rebellion: An Animated History of the Seven Kingdoms.

The 4K Game of Thrones: The Complete Collection will boast Dolby Vision HDR capabilities allowing the expansion of the color pallet and contrast range. This feature will be used to automatically optimize the picture on any individual 4K TV. The expensive box set may be worth it for that alone, granting us the ability to finally see what happened during most of the “Battle for Winterfell.”

For the price of $239.99, the Best Buy-exclusive, limited-edition Steelbook comes with each season’s individual steelbook housed in an individually numbered metal. While Amazon has the same content for $209.99, both will be released in November.

Game of Thrones, the most -nominated and winning show in Emmy history, stars Peter Dinklage, Emilia Clarke, Kit Harington, and Maisie Williams and is available on Blu-ray, digital purchase, and streaming on HBO Max.
