[RUMOR] Iron Man 3 may actually feature the biggest superhero battle ever..

Now here is some interesting news. The guys over at Latino Review seem to have possibly stumbled on some jaw dropping news in regards to one of the final battles in the upcoming IRON MAN 3.

According to the rumor this new and mostly golden Iron Man armor this suit is actually worn by Tony Stark towards the end of the film, and as he heads into his big final battle with this new Extremis Armor against an army of  armored baddies (also Extremis enhanced) controlled by The Mandarin (played by Ben Kingsley), Stark reportedly tells Pepper Potts that this suit is actually called the Mark XLVII ( Mark 47). Surprised, Pepper asks what happened to the obviously missing forty other models in between his last armor (The Mark VII seen in The Avengers) and this one, Tony smirks and goes into battle in the Mark XLVII while remote-controlling forty other Iron Man suits.

While clearly right now this is just a rumor, but if its true, this is huge. The whole idea that we could very well see a fight in the upcoming IRON MAN 3 with The Mandarin and his army VS IRON MAN and his army (of 40 other IRON MEN) could possibly be the biggest comic book movie fight anyone has ever seen, even trumping the fights in The Avengers.

Hopefully this rumor will be confirmed closer to the movies release, otherwise, fans will just have to wait and see.

IRON MAN 3 will be hitting US theaters on May 3, 2013.
