As shooting of The Batman continues, there are further details coming from actors and actresses providing not only slight information about what these characters mean to them, but also information about what it takes for them play these roles.
Recently, Zoë Kravitz, who is going to play Catwoman alongside Robert Pattinson as The Dark Knight, gave more details on her preparation efforts for the role. As she appeared on iHeartRadio’s Questlove Supreme podcast, she recalled the steps she took in getting ready for the role, stating, “We just started shooting two weeks ago, but before that I was in London for two months, just getting in shape, training, learning fights.”
Catwoman has never been the one to lack physicality, so Kravitz’s efforts to give this character her best is not going unseen, as shown by her efforts to be in great physical shape for the role.
Zoë Kravitz has shown through her efforts in preparation for this role just how much this all means to her. From not having played a role of a comic book character before, to playing someone like the iconic Catwoman, who demands a certain level of physicality, Kravitz continues to be guided by her passion for this highly anticipated project.
