Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix annouced for PS3

 

Famitsu.com is reporting that Square Enix yesterday has announced  Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix is coming to the PlayStation 3.

 

This new HD collection includes:

Kingdom Hearts Final Mix HD

Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories HD

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days cutscenes in HD

While it is clear that its simply a 1.5 edition of the series and its only including the games that came before Kingdom Hearts 2, it is now leading to plenty of speculation that Square Enix is planning to do something similar for Kingdom Hearts 2 and its subsequent sequels and offshoots.  While it is currently not clear if Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix will be released in the USA its highly likely it will due to its high popularity in the states.

This new edition will be releasing on the PlayStation 3 and will include trophy support.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix will be available in 2013.
