Star Wars’ New Era Will Be Delayed Due to COVID-19

The multi-platform publishing will now kick off on January 5, 2021 with the release of Charles Soule’s adult novel Star Wars: The High Republic: Light of the Jedi and Justina Ireland’s middle grade novel Star Wars: The High Republic: A Test of Courage. The two aforementioned titles will be followed shortly after by Claudia Gray young adult novel Star Wars: The High Republic: Into the Dark will be released on February 2.

Even the King of Monsters May Fall to COVID-19

COVID-19 Pandemic has put the world on hold, and theaters have not been reopened leaving all dates subject to change at this point. Films like The Eternals, Fast & Furious 9, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Morbius, Spiral: From The Book of Saw, and Venom: Let There Be Carnage all being pushed back to next year due to the pandemic it appears the King of Monster’s battle with its most iconic foe Kong to be the next to join them in 2021.
