[RUMOR] ‘Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ to be split into 2 films; Part 1 arriving this Oct.

Now before anyone screams ” Omg Omg Omg” you have to remember this is only a rumor right now, and one that has to br taken with a truckload of salt.

For a long while, Fans have speculated that due to the extremely long production, it would make sense that during its 10-month filming period that they were not only filming Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice, but also starting production and filming something else as well. Now thanks to the following leaked image, we may have an idea on what they were doing all along:

The image comes from Aint It Cool News, and reveals that not only was “Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice” split into two films, but the first part “Batman V. Superman: Enter The Knight” is set to release this Oct.

Now obviously there is no true way to confirm the validity of the above image, but logic does stand that it is indeed entirely possible that WB and DC have decided to split the film. Rumors and reports have already indicated that the film itself will be including scenes in Gotham, Metropolis, The Middle East, the isle of Themyscira, and a Batman origin scene, as well as the characters of Lex Luthor, Batman, Superman, Aquaman, Cyborg, Wonder Woman, and rumors also say possibly The Flash, Metallo, K.G.Beast, Doomsday. As it stands right now, the movie is packed.

With all of that, and the fact that the film was already pushed back from an initial 2015 release date to a 2016 one, it could stand to reason that its possible that now with all of the DCU in place, WB is trying to get things moving earlier than initially announced.

As of this moment, this is solely a rumor. While any fan out there, myself included, would love to see this happen, it stands to reason that we wont get any confirmation of it until the official trailer hits. Which rumors report that it will come with the premier of Jupiter Ascending.

Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice is currently set for a March 25th, 2016 release date.
