Official Ant-Man Banner reveals films villain YellowJacket

With the long awaited Ant-Man finally hitting theaters this upcoming summer its no doubt that we are going to be seeing a whole lot more of Ant-Man in the coming months.

With rumors that the first trailer is set to debut this week, Marvel revealed the first official Artwork for the film with a new banner, the artwork revealing the first confirmed look of the films villain YellowJacket.

So who is YellowJacket? In the comics YellowJacket is actually Hank Pym taking on another alter-ego other than Ant-Man, but it seems that the film is planning a different approach.

In the film, actor Corey Stoll will portray the film’s main villain, Darren Cross, who is staged as a former protégé of Pym, who in Pym’s old age takes over Pym’s company and uses his Ant-Man technology to build his own suit, the YellowJacket.

Ant-Man is set to release in the US on July 17, 2015.
