Jason Momoa debunks reports that he’s in Batman/Superman

Not that long ago, a rumor hit the web that actor Jason Momoa (Conan the Barbarian, Game of Thrones) was cast in an unknown role in the upcoming Batman/Superman film. While speculation put him through a whole slew of characters ranging from Martian Manhunter to Doomsday, and all the way to Lobo, there was still no solid evidence on his involvement or who he would be…until now.

IGN recently caught up with Momoa to when asked about the rumors he responded:

“It’s just rumors,I want to say something amazing, but I can’t comment on rumors. It’s flattering.”

“I’m not involved in it.“Maybe someone said, ‘You should be in this!’ and I said, ‘Yeah that would be great!’ And it just went too far.”

While it would be interesting to see Momoa play someone like Lobo (which he looked perfect for that role) we can just chalk this off to another rumor down.

Batman/Superman is currently set for a Summer 2015 release date.
