Square Enix announces Limited Lightning Returns Collector’s Edition

Earlier today Square Enix sent out a newsletter announcing to fans that the upcoming Lightning Returns: FINAL FANTASY XIII would be receiving a limited collectors edition…. but with one catch, it can only be bought directly through Square Enix on their Online Store.

The upcoming set comes with 3 big additions:

  • 80-Page hard cover artbook
  • DLC for Final Fantasy VII’s Aerith Gainsborough
  • Silver embossed pocket watch

It also all comes in a big special box, but that’s nothing to write home about. This collectors edition set is currently on pre-order for $89.99 and can be purchased here.

Lightning Returns: FINAL FANTASY XIII will be released in the US on PS3 and Xbox 360 on Feb 11th 2014.
