Its sure been quite a journey this path month for Mighty No. 9, and with that journey coming to its closing, it seems the team wanted to give one final added incentive for those on the fence.

Mighty No. 9, is whatKeiji Inafune refers to as his spiritual successor to the Mega Man series, has added a new Kickstarter stretch goal for PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS versions.

The portable versions of the game will be greenlit at the $3.5 million mark.

But, Mighty No. 9 is currently at $2.7 million (with the PayPal funds included) in Kickstarter contributions, which means it has nearly 800k to go before the portable versions of the game have a chance of being developed.  But, with that being said, with just four (more like 3 and a half at this point) days left in its Kickstarter campaign, it looks unlikely that the game will hit that goal without Fans rallying together at the last moment.

Mighty No. 9 is currently in development for PC (mac & Linux),  PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii U.
