[E3 2013] The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker is coming to the Wii U in October 2013

The HD remake for The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker was first announced in this past January during a Nintendo Direct presentation, and immediately I knew I would one day need to buy a Wii U. The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker was surprisingly one of my favorite Zelda Games, and now it has been revealed that it will officially come to Wii U in October 2013.

During the presentation, new features in the game were displayed. A new ability for Link to change the sails of his boat to make the boat go much faster has been added to the game, as well as the “Tingle bottle”, which will players to post messages and images though the Miiverse that will appear in bottles around the game world (added to other peoples games) that will need to be found, and vice versa.
