A new trailer has dropped for the 23rd installment of the main Pokémon movie series. This movie will feature the iconic duo of Pikachu and Ash, but this time, they will be joined by a new character named Coco.
Pokémon The Movie: Coco will be debuting in Japan later this year. The trailer is in Japanese, and a dubbed version of the trailer has not yet been released. The biggest takeaway from the trailer is the stunning animation the film will boast.
Two of the standout appearances were from the new Mythical Pokémon Zarude and even a shiny Celebi. The infamous Team Rocket even made a brief appearance in the trailer.
With its due date being pushed back due to COVID-19, the movie will “blasting off again” on December 25th, 2020.
