Rise of the Tomb Raider Is Officially A Xbox One Exclusive

In a move that is sure to provide an unhealthy amount of backlash, Microsoft revealed today at their Gamescon press briefing that the highly anticipated sequel to the Tomb Raider reboot, titled Rise of the Tomb Raider, is officially a Xbox One exclusive.

Yep, you read that right. No PC, no PS3/PS4, or even Xbox 360.

It seems Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have taken a game that was originally a PlayStation exclusive property, turned it multi-platform, and then completely taken it away from its PlayStation roots completely.

Rise of the Tomb Raider comes exclusively to Xbox One with a Holiday 2015 release date.
