In the endless battle between DC and Marvel fanboys , the coveted May 6th 2016 release date seemed to poised as another battleground. Many wondered which film would back down first, Captain America 3 or Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and it seems we now know that it was DC.
Moving the films from its previous release date of May 6th, DC/WB have moved the film up several months to March 25, 2016.
Now before the Marvel fanboys start claiming victory, you need to remember that this date is several months ahead of what they first thought they would have to wait, so DC fans will get to watch their film first and probably will be comparing Captain America to it the entire time. Pointless nerd feud aside, fans wont have to wait long to see Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill duke it out on the silver screen.
Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice is now set for a March 25th, 2016 release date.
