Marvel’s DareDevil Netflix show looses Drew Goddard as showrunner

It seems to be a rough weekend for the MCU. First X-Men Days Of Future Past (A Marvel film Fox refuses to allow be part of the MCU) comes out swigging and could potentially knock Captain America The Winter Solider off its record breaking ticket sale numbers, then Marvel loses Edgar Wright as its Ant-Man director, and now Marvel is loses Drew Goddard as its DareDevil showrunner.

The initial report came through Latino-Review, then later confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter, that Drew Goddard officially left Daredevil in order to work with Sony Pictures Amazing Spider-Man spin-off Sinister Six.

But its not all bad news, reports confirm that Goddard is officially staying on as consultant while passing the showrunning title to Steven S. DeKnight.
