Sony announces new PS3 collections for INFAMOUS and GOD OF WAR

Announced through the PlayStation Blog this morning, Sony revealed its official listings for two upcoming PS3 collections, the God Of War Saga Collection and the Infamous Collection.

Here’s what Sony has revealed that you’ll be getting in these collections:

God of War Saga

  • God of War
  • God of War II
  • God of War III
  • God of War: Origins Collection (which includes God of War: Chains of Olympus and God of War: Ghost of Sparta)
  • Exclusive Bonus Content
  • Voucher For 1 Trial Month of PlayStation Plus
  • Remastered for HD, DUALSHOCK Control, Full PlayStation Network Trophy Support and 3D (3D supported only in God of War III and God of War: Origins Collection)

inFAMOUS Collection

  • inFAMOUS
  • inFAMOUS 2
  • inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood
  • Extra missions
  • Additional character costumes, power ups and weapon styles

The collections seem to be complete collections with all the games included in each respected franchise, as well as all of the DLC that was released for those games. A dream come true for fans of the series, both bundles are set to release on August 28th of this year, at the $29.99 price point.
