More from Bryan Cranston on the Lex Luthor Rumours

Within the past few weeks, rumors have been circling about casting Bryan Cranston of Breaking Bad fame as the illustrious character of Lex Luthor. Past information had the star eager and excited to play the role. Recently, however, the Boston Globe caught up with Mr. Cranston to comment on the six movie deal he’s speculated to have agreed to, and this is what he had to say:

“I’ve heard that too. Six? This is all news to me. I think that maybe my name is bandied about because I’m known to be bald. ‘What bald guy can we get?’ The reality is they can take any actor and shave his head or put a bald cap on him.”

While Cranston’s schedule appears to be blank for a little while, he claims to have “some irons in the fire” concerning future projects. As for now, the role of Lex Luthor will continue to be a mystery.
