The Daredevil: Born Again Trailer Unleashes Hell

The trailer for the long anticipated Daredevil: Born Again is here and it does not disappoint.

The wait is almost over. Daredevil: Born Again arrives on March 3rd on Disney+. To fire up excitement even more Marvel Studios has dropped the trailer for the new series. Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio return as Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk. Joining them will be Jon Bernthal’s Punisher, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, and Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson.

Daredevil: Born Again is a continuation of the characters and story that we were first introduced to back in 2015 when Daredevil was streamed on Netflix. The series ran for 3 seasons, totaling 39 episodes and became critically acclaimed. Many consider it to be the best Marvel television series to date. With the series end in 2018 and with Disney regaining the rights to the character it had seemed that this would be the last we would see of this iteration of Daredevil and star Charlie Cox.

But hopes for the return of Charlie Cox as Daredevil persisted. When he showed up in Spiderman: No Way Home in December 2021 audiences went wild with excitement. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige confirmed in the same month that Cox would reprise his role. By March 2022, a series was revealed to be in development.

Cox not only reprised his role in No Way Home, he would later show up in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law and Echo. D’Onofrio also returned to his role as Kingpin in Hawkeye and Echo. Daredevil: Born Again will be the first time to see the two characters face off since their last encounter in Daredevil season 3. If the trailer is anything to go by, their reunion is going to be explosive.

Daredevil: Born Again premieres on Disney+ March 4th.
