BATMAN VS. ROBIN Voice Cast Revealed
Over the years, DC and WB have made a name for themselves with their quality DC Animated films. From Justice League: New Frontier to their acclaimed The Dark Knight Returns Pt 1 & 2, they have proven that they can make quality animated films.
After their most recent release, Justice League: Throne Of Atlantis, DC sets their sights on another Batman tale, this one called Batman Vs Robin, loosely based on the recent “The Court of Owls” run by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo.
The Hollywood Reporter has revealed the voice cast for the upcoming film, which come with some interesting surprises.
Jason O’Mara (Terra Nova, Sons of Liberty) will return as Batman, having previously played the role in Justice League: War, Son Of Batman, and Justice League: Throne Of Atlantis, with Stuart Allen (Bad Teacher TV Series) voicing Robin once again after his most recent appearance in Son Of Batman. Sean Maher (Firefly, Arrow) will once again be voicing the role of Nightwing , and David McCallum (NCIS) as Alfred.
The interesting surprises are the new additions. Jeremy Sisto ( Law & Order, Six Feet Under) as the villainous Talon, Grey DeLisle (Fairly Odd Parents, Avatar: The Last Airbender) as a mysterious character named Samantha, and “Weird-Al” Yankovic as The Dollmaker. Robin Atkin Downes (Superman vs. The Elite) is voicing Grandmaster, Peter Onorati voices a character named Draco, and Batman The Animated Series alum Kevin Conroy will cameo as Thomas Wayne.
Batman Vs Robin currently does not have a fixed release date but is set for Digital HD, DVD, and Blu Ray later this year.
