MARVEL reveals the SUPERIOR IRON MAN and their new “AVENGERS NOW!”

Still shocked over the reveal of the all new female Thor and Sam Wilson becoming the new Captain America? Well there’s more. Marvel has now revealed, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, the all new “Superior Iron Man” and “Avengers NOW! line-up.

Along with the reveal,  Superior Iron Man #1 will be helmed by writer Tom Taylor and artist Yildiray Cinar and is set to hit shelves this fall, detailing a “new direction in Tony Stark’s life as he makes and wears his new silver armor and moves to San Francisco, leaving New York behind.

“The Genius Bar costume is there for a reason, the newly-transformed Superior Iron Man has very ambitious plans for the city that some of its residents embrace, but not all.”

“Like the Superior Spider-Man, Superior Iron Man is a character that’s hard to root for.”

Along with the reveal of the Superior Iron Man, the new line up for the Avengers has also been revealed. The new line up includes The new Female Thor, Sam Wilson/Captain America, The Superior Iron Man, The Winter Soldier, Medusa, Inferno, Deathlok,  Dr. Strange, Scarlet Witch, and Ant-Man.

It would make sense for Marvel to shift focus onto Dr. Strange, Scarlet Witch, and Ant-Man with the debut of these characters making their way onto the silver-screen, same with the recent popularity of The Winter Soldier and the all-new Deathlok, which mirrors the one seen in Marvel’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.l.D. tv series.

Marvel is paving the way to a brand new world with their new line up, and only time will tell if fans take to the idea or they end up rebooting Tthe Avengers back to the classic line up like they have in the past.
