Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Remix Launching In US In 2014

KHRemixSquare Enix announced the compilation of Kingdom Hearts 2 and Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep will be coming to PS3 later this year.

Originally released in 2005 on the PlayStation 2, fans will see one of their favorite games completely remastered for the PS3. The game will also have added bosses, weapons, mini-games, and even more. Birth By Sleep was released in Japan back in 2011. This announcement for the compilation will be the first time the game has been officially stateside. Which is a huge bonus to the fans. Taking place 10 years before the original Kingdom Hearts game, gamers will get to experience an entirely new world with new characters, bosses, and weapons.

The HD 2.5 Remix will also feature a remastered version of Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. The game takes place after the events of Kingdom Hearts 2 and follows Sora and friends as they explore a virtual world.

Square Enix released Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix last September. If history tells us anything, we should expect to see the HD 2.5 Remix this winter.
