Paul Bettany Confirms Vision Disney+ Show Begins Filming Next Year

The deceased Avenger returns!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Paul Bettany confirms in an interview that production for the MCU‘s next streaming installment starring the robotic avenger will begin next year and is expected to make his superheroic landing on Disney+ on 2026.

While chatting with THR at the Los Angeles premiere of his latest movie, Here, he also notes that he’s been keeping himself up to date by watching and rewatching Agatha All Along, the latest Marvel spinoff starring WandaVison‘s prime antagonist, Agatha Harkness.

I love it. I love it and I’m so proud of [showrunner] Jac Schaeffer and I am going to watch again because there’s so much for me to learn moving forward into my contribution.

The currently untitled Vision show will also see the return of antagonist, Ultron, whom many know from Avengers: Age of Ultron. Terry Matalas of Star Trek: Picard will be the showrunner helming the project. No further details such as a precise release date has been confirmed at this time. MCU Fans can expect to see Vision again when he returns to Disney+ in 2026.
