Bill and Ted are always finding themselves on some kind of wild ride, and the lead-up to their threequel’s release has been no different. The release date for Bill & Ted Face the Music has bounced around the month of August several times due to the pandemic, before finally landing on a September 1st release date.
Once told they’d save the universe during a time-traveling adventure, 2 would-be rockers from San Dimas, California find themselves as middle-aged dads still trying to crank out a hit song and fulfill their destiny.

Having suffered a similar upheaval, Comic-Con‘s virtual event this year, Comic-Con@Home, proudly hosted a panel of the film’s cast.
Kevin Smith moderated the panel, which included the legendary Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter–Ted and Bill themselves. Samara Weaving and Bridgette Lundy-Paine, who play the duo’s daughters, were present, as well as director Dean Parisot and writers Ed Solomon and Chris Matheson. Reminiscing and good times were had by all, and you can watch the full party down below.
Bill & Ted Face the Music party on in select theaters, as well as video-on-demand, on September 1st. You can also take a gander at the new trailer released during Comic-Con@Home, below.
