[TCNs Weekly Rumor Roundup] 2015 Week 9
Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of TCN’s Weekly Rumor Roundup. As with every week prior, TCN will review all of the big rumors that have hit the web this past week and, like last time, all of our rumors are brought to you by the official Twitter account of TCN’s Editor-In-Chief Taylor Murphy.
Before we big however, Taylor wanted us to first apologize on his behalf for the lack of content posted this week. Shortly after the last edition posted he became extremely ill and was unable to tend to any of his responsibilities at TCN or his twitter. Once he got better he resumed his regular duties.
Without further ado, lets see what Taylor posted this week:
Marvel/Sony’s Spider-Man Reboot
- A large amount of rumors are going around that are saying Sony/Marvel is looking to cast Miles Morales as the new Spider-Man
- Fans should remember that even if this was the case, Miles came AFTER Peter, and his actions are to tribute him as a hero icon
- Plus you have to take in account that the original press release did say “Peter Parker” was still going to be Spider-Man
- To change the race of Peter Parker would cause a fan outrage. They would attack it faster than they did The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
- But that doesn’t mean fans won’t see BOTH Peter Parker and Miles Morales in the new films.
Avengers: Age Of Ultron
- Looks like Marvel is finally showing the full group; including Vision, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver.
- If you look closely at the poster, Anthony Mackie, Idris Elba, and Hayley Atwell are all listed at the bottom of the poster.
- Fans may have noticed that The Falcon’s wingsuit in TWS was made by Stark. He’ll be sporting some new gear in AOU.
- Thor is going to have a big fight with The Vision in the film
Guardians Of The Galaxy 2
- Still hearing some chatter that Nova, Starhawk, and Adam Warlock are all set to Appear in Guardians Of The Galaxy 2
Marvel/Netflix’s Daredevil
-
Daredevil will indeed get his superhero costume in the Netflix show. The black get up is only temporary.
DC Universe
- With its current plan, fans should expect to see the Joker and Harley Quinn in the next Batman film before anything else.
Suicide Squad
- Margot Robbie & Viola Davis both signed multi-picture deals for their DC roles, but they won’t just be appearing in Suicide Squad films.
The CW’s Arrow
- Looks like the cats outta the bag. Arrow fans will be seeing “The Canary” come back from the dead soon.
Once again we apologize for the smaller post and hope you enjoyed another edition of TCN’s Weekly Rumor Roundup. If you don’t feel like waiting until next Friday/Saturday, be sure to check out Taylor’s Twitter and follow him here.
