With Season 3 of Arrow currently in production, Entertainment Weekly has revealed the first look at Colton Haynes finally suited up as ‘Arsenal’ in the upcoming season of Arrow set to debut this fall.
Fans know that at the end of the 2nd season Roy Harper was finally brought up to the big leagues when he was given a bow of his own and assisted Green Arrow in the final assault against Deathstroke, and now we see that his time as a side-kick is going to be a lot more permanent this season.
Arrow Season 3 is set to debut this October on The CW.
