Is there A New Matrix Trilogy Is in the Works?

The guys over at Latino Review have stated they have the scoop that the Wachowski siblingss have started the writing process for a new trilogy of Matrix films and have already  turned in treatments and outlines to Warner Bros.

At this point it’s not clear whether or not they’ll direct the films if the rumor turns out to be true, or if any of the previous cast will return as well. At this point its all still in rumor phase, but I for one wouldn’t mind seeing Neo and the gang return to bend some spoons and dodge some bullets, but I do admit that I may be alone in that sentiment.
