Microsoft Today has revealed that The Xbox One is launching on Nov. 22.
The console will be available on simultaneous release on that date in in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, the U.K. and the U.S., and it announced it will will release in other markets in 2014.
The new system, which just went into full production (and with some updated specs) earlier this week, releases in North America for $499, in Europe for €499 in Europe and £429 in the U.K.
With Sony’s PlayStation 4 launching a full week before it on Nov. 15 in North America its expected that both consoles will be a hot button item leading into Black Friday, which is just a week after Xbox’s release.
