Last night at “an investor gathering,” Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara revealed that Ben Affleck’s Batman will be a little different than previous incarnations and that he will be:
“tired and weary and seasoned and been doing it for awhile.”
The exec also said that he thinks Affleck is “perfect” for Man of Steel 2/Batman Vs. Superman. “We think it’s going to be huge,” he said of the sequel.
While no further details were given, its safe to assume now that with the official reveal that this Batman will no longer be treading in the origin territory it leaves more room for some of the better stories that the Batman universe can offer.
