After weeks of Nintendo stating they were not dropping the price on the Wii U they have no revealed today that they will officially drop the price for the Wii U deluxe set (that’s thee console with 32 GB one) down from its current $349.99 to $299.99 starting on September 20.
But that’s not all. On the same day, Nintendo will be releasing a limited hardware bundle with The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD. This special Zelda Themed console has its GamePad decorated with gold symbols and trim and Hyrule’s crest, and with the set comes download codes for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD and the Hyrule Historia book.
While yesterday it was officially revealed that The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD would be getting its physical release on Oct 4th, it looks like the digital version will be hitting a few weeks early in this bundle.
