Now Latino Review has added fuel to the fire by dropping the names of Bryan Cranston and Mark Strong into the mix. While they admit that its just a rumor at this point, Digital Spy even caught up with actor Mark Strong who replied:
“All I can say is… watch this space.”
Personally either actor would be an amazing pick, but I do feel that Cranston may be a little old for the part and we could run into the same vibe that Gene Hackman and Kevin Spacey gave where its Superman vs a smart and craft older fellow. And on the other hand, Picking Mark Strong would possibly eliminate his returning (in any form) as Sinestro for a future Green Lantern reboot, which to be honest he was single-handedly the best part of that film.
Either way, fans know that this isnt the last we will hear from this rumor and only time will tell.
