Famitsu broke the news, but Hideo Kojima himself revealed more of Sunny in Metal Gear Rising

Recently Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu broke the news that the character Sunny, the little girl who made all those eggs in Metal Gear Solid 4, would be appearing in the upcoming Metal Gear Rising.

While Famitsu made the reveal with a sole image, Hideo Kojima himself decided that he would just go with it on his personal twitter account.

For many, this isnt a shock. Hideo Kojima, the creator of the franchise, is a huge twitter junkie. From tweeting about his love for the AMC show The Walking Dead, to addressing how much he loved the 80’s nastolgic feeling he got from watching TED (yes, he tweeted about that, and that it made me go hunting for a DVD copy of Flash Gordon), its now surprise that once the reveal was made about this character, he would comment on the matter.

Check out his tweets and exclusive images below:

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance hits US on February 19, 2013 on both PS3 and XBOX 360.
