Jurassic Park 4 gets an official 2014 release date! Rumors of Spielberg’s return surface.

In what has seemed like a long time coming, it was confirmed today via the official Jurassic Park 3D twitter account that Jurassic Park 4 is officially confirmed for a release on June 13th 2014.

As of right now, 2014 is already picking up to be a huge year for cinema. We have Godzilla, Dawn of the planet of the Apes, Amazing Spider-Man 2, The Hobbit: There And Back Again, and even Transformers 4, and now the addition of Jurassic Park 4 seems to be the icing on the cake.

While so far no other news has been confirmed, and no director attached, it is confirmed that Steven Spielberg is on board as the films Producer, which may or may not be a good thing. But now, thanks to the rumors that Spielberg’s current film, Robopocalype, has halted in production so close to this announcement,  it is speculated and very possible that it could be because he is planning to return to the directors chair for Jurassic Park 4.

Either way, Jurassic Park 4 is finally becoming a reality, so fans can be rest assured that we will once again see Dinosaurs walk among us.

Jurassic Park 4 hits US theaters June 13th 2014.
