Evolution of the Bat Logo

Over the last 72 years, one 1 icon has over shadowed most of the comic book industry, and that is Batman. During the course of this characters life span, his costume as well as his symbol in particular has gone through many evolution’s and variations.

This fact alone was not lost on artist Cathryn Lavery,  who has now created a unique limited edition poster that features 30 different versions of the Bat logo showing its variations through the past 72 years from print, film, and animation.
