Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes Screenwriters Hired For JURASSIC PARK 4

Deadline is reporting that Universal Pictures has hired Rick Jaffa & Amanda Silver to write the script for the fourth film in the popular Jurassic Park franchise, which will be produced by Steven Spielberg and Kennedy/Marshall’s Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall.

It is reported that Spielberg won’t direct this one either, with rumors flying that  Joe Johnston could possibly be returning to direct. The first three films  have grossed over $1.9 billion worldwide collectively, and  Universal is prepping to re-release of the original film in 3D on July 19, 2013.

No word on what the story might hold for the 4th movie, speculation points towards the hints left by with the first 3 movies (especially the 3rd) with “InGen” and the experiments on making dinosaurs that didn’t exist on the park listings, why they made them, and for what purpose.
