First <strong>Denny&#8217;s<\/strong> gets a <em><strong>Hobbit<\/strong><\/em> themed menu, now potentially we could be seeing a <em><strong>Lord of the Rings\/Hobbit Theme Park<\/strong><\/em> in the future, at least\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0what rumors would like us to believe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It seems that from a report by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hypable.com\/2013\/01\/02\/lord-of-the-rings-hobbit-theme-park\/\">Hypable<\/a>, that they uncovered a\u00a0post on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.orlandounited.com\/forums\/showthread.php?7552-Middle-Earth-coming-to-UOR\">Orlando United forum<\/a>(and apparently from a reputable and reliable user), who claims that Universal Studios asked Warner Bros. to raise the topic of a potential Theme Park with the Tolkien estate.<\/p>\n<p>The theme park is rumored to consist of rides and\u00a0recreations\u00a0based on what has been already seen with\u00a0<strong><em>The Lord of the Rings<\/em> <\/strong>and <strong><em>The Hobbit<\/em><\/strong> film trilogies.\u00a0Allegedly\u00a0according to the report, Warner Bros. recently told the members of Tolkien\u2019s estate about the financial success of <strong><em>The Wizarding World (the Harry Potter based theme park)<\/em><\/strong> and how because the final product was extremely loyal to J.K. Rowling\u2019s story, it proved a\u00a0financial\u00a0success\u00a0and in turned very well received by fans. Which led to the\u00a0further\u00a0report that members of\u00a0the Tolkien\u2019s Estate even spoke to Rowling herself, in regards to this and It was only after all this that Universal and the Tolkien\u2019s began developing ideas for this potential project.<\/p>\n<p>Now while this is all\u00a0currently listed\u00a0in the RUMOR\u00a0category\u00a0 I for one would shell out the money to fly wherever this part would be built, just so i could geek out and run around the shire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-summary\">\nWell look at that.
