Marvel or Yeun himself has made no statement, but the likely reasons for his departure are the changes in the schedule of the movie&#8217;s production caused by last year&#8217;s strikes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While his casting in the film was never officially confirmed, it had been heavily rumored that he would play the part of <strong>Sentry<\/strong>, a formidable superhero within the Marvel Universe realm akin to <strong>Superman.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/theculturednerd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/sentry.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43063\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theculturednerd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/sentry.jpeg 640w, https:\/\/theculturednerd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/sentry-300x169.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yeun<strong> <\/strong>can currently be heard in <strong>Amazon&#8217;s<\/strong><em><strong> Invincible,<\/strong><\/em> where he voices <strong>Mark Grayson<\/strong>, the young superhero Invincible, after which the series is named. He is best known for his roles in AMC&#8217;s <strong><em>The Walking Dead<\/em><\/strong> and <strong>Netflix&#8217;s<\/strong> award-winning <strong><em>Beef<\/em><\/strong> and can next be seen in <strong>Bong Joon Ho<\/strong>&#8216;s Mickey 17, due to release in theaters on March 29th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Thunderbolts<\/em><\/strong> had been initially scheduled for a July 2024 release date, but due to the writer&#8217;s and actors&#8217; strikes, it was pushed back to July 2025.
