Fans have been longing for a remake of Nintendo<\/strong>‘s Pok\u00e9mon Diamond and Pearl<\/em><\/strong>. Well, today Pok\u00e9mon fans got their wish because at today’s Pok\u00e9mon Presents<\/strong>, The Pok\u00e9mon Company<\/strong> officially revealed that Pok\u00e9mon Brilliant Diamond and Shinning Pearl<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>will be heading to the Nintendo Switch<\/strong> “late 2021”. Much to everyone’s surprise, another game was also announced to arrive in 2022 and it will be titled Pok\u00e9mon Legends: Arceus<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pok\u00e9mon Diamond and Pearl first released back on the Nintendo DS way back in 2006 and they were immediately loved by gamers. Pok\u00e9mon games now are completely different than they were 15 years ago. Instead of being made by Game Freak, Pok\u00e9mon Brilliant Diamond and Shinning Pearl will be developed by ILCA. These 3D remakes were faithfully restored to bring back the nostalgia of the Sinnoh Region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed by ILCA, Inc., and directed by Junichi Masuda (GAME FREAK) and Yuichi Ueda (ILCA), Pok\u00e9mon Brilliant Diamond<\/em> and Pok\u00e9mon Shining Pearl<\/em> enable fans to experience the original story and game features from Pok\u00e9mon Diamond<\/em> and Pok\u00e9mon Pearl<\/em> in a fresh way. The original games have been faithfully reproduced and colorfully revitalized for Nintendo Switch. The sense of scale of the towns and routes has been carefully preserved, and fans who played the original games will recognize many familiar places. These games are updated with the easy-to-understand, player-friendly conveniences introduced in recent Pok\u00e9mon core series video games, in addition to up-close-and-personal Pok\u00e9mon battle scenes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Pok\u00e9mon Legends: Arceus<\/a> will take fans on a brand new journey set before the events in Diamond and Pearl. This brand new will be open world and will allow players to create Sinnoh’s first ever Pokedex. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fun of exploring while catching Pok\u00e9mon and filling in a Pok\u00e9dex has always been a core part of the Pok\u00e9mon video game series. Pok\u00e9mon Legends: Arceus was developed with the desire to deliver an experience infused with new action and RPG elements that go beyond the framework established thus far, while honoring the core gameplay of past Pok\u00e9mon titles. As Trainers explore the natural expanses in Pok\u00e9mon Legends: Arceus, they\u2019ll encounter Pok\u00e9mon that call these grand vistas home. To catch wild Pok\u00e9mon, players can study the Pok\u00e9mon\u2019s behaviours, sneak up to them, then throw Pok\u00e9 Balls. Players can also battle wild Pok\u00e9mon with their ally Pok\u00e9mon. By throwing the Pok\u00e9 Ball holding their ally Pok\u00e9mon near a wild Pok\u00e9mon, players will seamlessly enter battle. This new gameplay angle is intended to provide Trainers with an immersive experience.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
