The detail leak comes by way of the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.us.playstation.com\/2019\/10\/30\/a-look-into-the-original-world-of-marvels-avengers\/\">official North American PlayStation Blog and Noah Hughes, Studio Creative Director at Crystal Dynamics<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marvel\u2019s Avengers, developed by Crystal Dynamics and scheduled to be published by Square Enix is an action-adventure, third person perspective title in which gamers are treated to an all-new, original story. The narrative sends players on a mission to reassemble Earth\u2019s Mightiest Heroes after a devastating event leaves the heroic team disbanded to blame for the catastrophic aftermath, painting Marvel\u2019s heroes as villains. 5 years later, in the wake of these events, insidious private security agency AIM (Advanced Idea Mechanics) secures and influences America in a military-police state manner. With the likes of heroes like Me Marvel, gamers will be tasked with being the avengers back together and ending AIM\u2019s tyranny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Released today, this new game \u201coverview\u201d\ntrailer gives us a better look that gameplay mechanics and customization\noptions players will have access to within \u201cMarvel\u2019s Avengers\u201d. The video dives\ndeep (as deep as 3 mins allows, anyways) into how players will be able to customize\neach superheroes\u2019 artillery\/ gear, moves and skills set, outfits and the\nhelicarrier home base will be used to launch different missions in the game. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returning to the subject of outfits,\nthis topic seemed to be a very sore spot with many fans of the Avengers fandom\nvoicing strong displeasure with how some of the characters appearances,\nexpressing that their in-game looks didn\u2019t really resemble what most have come\nto know them for. Fear not, however: The game will allow players to unlock or\npurchase different outfits from Marvel\u2019s past as you progress throughout the\ngame. However, the additional costumes are purely cosmetical options that do\nnot add any inherent skills or otherwise \u201cimprove gameplay\u201d. They will also be\nno \u201cPay-to win\u201d or loot box options in acquiring customers or additional gear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Players can also expect more\nplayable characters post launch and while which characters to expect hasn\u2019t\nbeen disclosed, it was confirmed that additional heroes will be made available\nat no additional cost.
