{"id":15968,"date":"2019-09-29T23:47:51","date_gmt":"2019-09-30T06:47:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theculturednerd.org\/?p=15968"},"modified":"2019-10-05T12:22:37","modified_gmt":"2019-10-05T19:22:37","slug":"the-new-pokemon-anime-pocket-monsters-has-been-revealed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theculturednerd.org\/?p=15968","title":{"rendered":"The New Pokemon Anime, Pocket Monsters, has been revealed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"827\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/theculturednerd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/pokemonanime2-827x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15969\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the current season of the Pokemon anime ending in Japan, the season of the decades long show has been revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> The latest\u00a0season<em>, <\/em> simply named\u00a0<em>Pocket Monster<\/em>s, has been revealed (thanks to <em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.serebii.net\/anime\/epiguide\/pokemon\/\" target=\"_blank\">Serebii<\/a><\/em>) to be having some major ties to the upcoming  <em>\u00a0Pokemon Sword and Shield<\/em> games, but with some major call backs to the entirety of anime that has come before. The show sees Ash (known as Satoshi in Japan) going across the Pokemon world to every previously shown game and anime region,  including the newly revealed Galar region. So who will be joining Ash this time around?
