The biggest surprise was not that he was cast, but that they wont reveal who it is.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent interview with<a href=\"http:\/\/www.empireonline.com\/\"> Empire Magazine<\/a>, Marvel&#8217;s Kevin Feige revealed:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;There is an actor. I&#8217;m not sure we want to announce it yet.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Fans are already aware of Thanos&#8217;s cameo at the end of The Avengers, and speculation and rumors suggest that he will have a full on reveal in the upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy, but many should know that his role in the MCU is much more than that.<\/p>\n<p>With the subtle tease of the inclusion of the Infinity Gem&#8217;s, as well as the Infinity Gauntlet in Thor, many are starting to draw the conclusion that we may end up seeing a loose adaptation of The Infinity Gauntlet mini-series by the time Avengers 3 hits theaters.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-summary\">\nNews broke recently that Marvel had officially cast the role of Thanos for the MCU.
