**Warning – Potential Spoilers Ahead**<\/strong><\/p>\n

Several months ago, thanks to an insider tip, we learned that Agent Coulson may very well be the MCU’s Captain Mahr-Vehl<\/a>, and now, thanks to tonight’s episode of\u00a0Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. we may have seen the first confirmation of this.<\/p>\n

Tonight’s episode of\u00a0Marvel’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D entitled<\/em>\u00a0“T.A.H.I.T.I.” shed some new light on how Agent Coulson was brought back to life, and now we know it was thanks to a miracle drug called\u00a0GH\u00a0325, but what came as a shock to everyone watching was that this GH 325 was actually spinal fluid of an unknown and mutilated alien body.<\/p>\n

Near the end of the episode, Coulson discovers the drug GH 325 and sends a member of his team to rush it to save a dying friend, soon after he notices a door labeled\u00a0T.A.H.I.T.I., and upon opening it his discovers the following:<\/p>\n

\"shield-blue-guy-3\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The mystery drug is an extract of the spinal fluid of our dead alien here. Horrified by what he finds, he tries to stop his friends from administering it to the dying team member but is too late, leaving Coulson to contemplate his discovery and the implications it has on his life. In short he now knows that the spinal fluid of this blue alien is what brought him back to life.<\/p>\n

If this body is indeed a Kree, we may also have a new reason (other than Thanos and the Infinity Gem’s) to why Guardians of the Galaxy is relevant to the MCU right now.<\/p>\n

Now with the previous rumors that Agent Coulson will become the MCU’s Captain Mahr-Vehl, and now this new discovery that an unknown blue alien is the cause of his resurrection, it seems the chips are stacking in the favor of Coulson becoming much more of a super-powered hero than first thought.<\/p>\n
